To further improve the quality of magnetic materials, strengthen quality awareness in the production process, standardize inspection standards and packaging operations, and ensure stable performance, intact appearance, clear labeling and safe delivery of products, the Production Department hereby organizes this special training on inspection and packaging. All relevant staff must earnestly study and strictly implement these requirements.
1. Training Objectives
- Unify the standards, methods and judgment criteria for magnetic materials inspection, and prevent unqualified products from entering the next process.
- Standardize packaging procedures to ensure proper product protection, accurate labeling and safe storage and transportation.
- Improve operational skills and quality awareness, reduce defect rate, loss rate and customer complaints.
- Implement quality control in the production process to achieve standardized, regulated and refined operation.
2. Core Requirements for Inspection Posts
2.1 Preparation Before Inspection
- Check whether testing equipment (such as magnetic property tester, dimensional measuring instrument, visual inspection tools, etc.) is within the valid calibration period and in normal working condition.
- Verify the production order, product model, specification, batch and technical requirements to ensure consistency between documents and physical goods.
- Keep the inspection area clean to avoid dust, impurities, oil stains and other factors affecting test results.
2.2 Key Inspection Items
- Visual Inspection
- Check for cracks, chipping, missing corners, burrs, rust, stains and other defects.
- Verify that color, luster and structure meet technical requirements without obvious deformation or damage.
- Dimensional Accuracy Inspection
- Inspect key dimensions including length, width, thickness, hole diameter and tolerances strictly according to drawings.. Conduct random inspection per piece or per batch; ensure true and traceable data, and isolate out-of-tolerance products immediately.
- Magnetic Properties Inspection
- Test key magnetic parameters such as remanence, coercivity and magnetic energy product according to technical standards.
- Unqualified products are strictly prohibited from entering the packaging process and must be stored, reported and reviewed separately.

- Other Inspections
- Conduct adhesion, temperature resistance, reliability and other related tests as required to meet application scenarios.
2.3 Inspection Records and Abnormal Handling
- Fill in inspection records truthfully, completely and clearly, indicating batch, date, operator and inspection results.
- Stop operation immediately once abnormalities are found, isolate unqualified products, and report to team leaders and quality management personnel.
- It is forbidden to alter data, conceal problems or release unqualified products without authorization.
3. Core Requirements for Packaging Posts
3.1 Confirmation Before Packaging
- Verify product model, specification, quantity and qualified status; only qualified products are allowed for packaging.
- Check that packaging materials (inner supports, protective films, cartons, desiccants, binding belts, etc.) are intact, dry and clean.
3.2 Standard Packaging Operations
- Protection: Handle products with care to avoid collision and scratches; use protective films, foams and cushioning materials as required.
- Arrangement: Place products in order by quantity and specification to prevent deformation and abrasion caused by stacking.
- Moisture & Dust Prevention: Place desiccants as needed and seal packages properly for long-distance transportation and storage.
- Secure Sealing: Seal cartons neatly and firmly to avoid breakage or scattering during transit.
3.3 Labeling and Traceability
- Label outer cartons clearly with product name, model, specification, quantity, batch, production date, inspection status, production team and precautions.
- Ensure one label per carton and consistent records to achieve full traceability from production to delivery.
4. On-site Discipline and Safety Requirements
- Strictly abide by operating procedures; no illegal or rough handling.
- Keep workstations tidy; place materials, tools, qualified and unqualified products in designated areas separately.
- No eating, playing or stacking sundries in inspection and packaging areas.
- Take good care of testing equipment and fixtures, conduct regular maintenance, and report malfunctions in time.
5. Conclusion
Quality is the lifeblood of an enterprise. Inspection is the first line of defense for quality, and packaging is the last checkpoint before product delivery. Every employee must establish the awareness that “the previous process is responsible for the next process, and products are responsible for customers”.
The Production Department will continue to strengthen supervision and assessment. Teams and individuals who operate in compliance and maintain stable quality will be praised, while those who violate regulations and cause quality problems will be held accountable. We hope all staff will apply what they have learned and jointly improve product quality and enterprise competitiveness.
