According to the Ministry of Commerce's Announcement No. 18 of 2025 and the "Catalogue for the Administration of Import and Export Licenses of Dual-Use Items and Technologies (2025)", China has implemented strict export controls on magnetic products involving rare earth elements such as samarium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, lutetium, scandium, and yttrium. Especially permanent magnetic materials containing elements such as samarium, terbium and dysprosium (such as samarium cobalt magnets and neodymium iron boron magnets containing terbium/dysprosium), these materials are regarded as dual-use items and require additional application for dual-use item export licenses before they can be exported.

Under the background of magnet control, our company is actively applying for export licenses and has obtained licenses for some magnets. Moreover, our company has stable and long-term transportation partners ------ fedex,DHL, air freight and sea freight, which guarantees that our overseas customers can receive magnet products quickly and stably.
